Customer Reviews
Decent service, minor hiccup
I tried the Heyah 01 subskrypcja after seeing some positive reviews. The initial setup was smooth, and the 'nielimitowane rozmowy i SMSy' with the data package is quite competitive. I also appreciated the 'darmowe minuty do Ukrainy' option, which is useful for me. My only slight issue was that the eSIM activation took a bit longer than I expected, maybe an hour or so, and I had to restart my phone a couple of times. Other than that, the internet speeds are good, and customer service was polite when I called about the eSIM delay. Overall, a solid choice but they could improve the eSIM activation process.
Simple and it works
Needed a new SIM and went with Heyah. Got the 'karta SIM' and topped it up with 'pakiet internetu 100GB'. Everything just worked, you know? Activation was a breeze. I haven't had any problems with my calls or internet. Good signal too. Pretty happy with it.
Great value for money
I was looking for a budget-friendly option and Heyah delivered. I saw the 'subskrypcja pierwszy miesiąc taniej' for Heyah 01 and decided to try it. It was only 1 zł for the first month, which was a steal! I also got some 'darmowe gigabajty' automatically with my top-up. The overall 'pakiet bez limitu' for calls and texts, plus the data, felt like a really good deal. Definitely worth the purchase for the savings.
Good mobile service
I recently switched to Heyah na kartę and got the pakiet internetu 100GB. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just picked the starter 5G and filled in my details. Delivery of the SIM card took about 4 days, which was reasonable. Activating it was easy through their online portal, and I had 5G connectivity right away, which was a nice upgrade from my previous provider. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about setting up data roaming for a quick trip, they responded within a few hours to my email. The internet speed has been consistent, and I haven't had any issues with dropped calls. The 'nielimitowane rozmowy i SMSy' feature works as advertised. Overall, a solid experience for a prepaid plan.
So happy with Heyah!
Oh my goodness, Heyah is awesome! I just got the pakiet internetu 500GB for my Heyah na kartę and it's incredible. The speed is fantastic, and I haven't run out of data at all. I was worried about switching but it was so easy to do online. I will absolutely shop again when I need to top up! You should totally tell your friends about it!
Still reliable
I've been with Heyah for a while now, this was another 'doładowanie konta' for my 'Heyah na kartę'. It's always been consistent. I usually get the 'pakiet internetu 100GB' and it's always delivered as promised. What I like is the 'kumulacja gigabajtów' feature; it means I don't lose data if I don't use it all. This time, the 'bonus za doładowanie' gave me a little extra, which is always nice. No surprises, which is what I want from my mobile service.

Is it easy to get those bonus gigabytes they always advertise? Do you need some special code or something tricky to get them?
Thinking about switching to Heyah, especially since I call family in Ukraine a lot. Are their rates for international calls actually good or is it just marketing?
